Getbucks is a disgrace!!!

I loaded a debit order to go off my account on the 18th of Sep as I wanted to pay both loans at getbucks up to date even before the 3 months ended. It did not go off so I phoned the call centre and told them not to debit me as I have reloaded the amount of R6000 for the 21st of Sep which had gone through so I was completely settled with them. On the 22nd of Sep they took an amount of R2300.00 off my account which they weren't supposed to touch as I was up to date. I phoned the call centre and they kept saying that they would call me back. They never did. I phoned and spoke to the manager Sylvester who has said that they will refund me today the 23rd of Sep wich they did. He was very helpful. Not 5mins later after they had refunded me did they then take another amount from me of R1600. I then called again. After holding for 28mins I finally got through to the manager who then said they will refund me the amount deducted again. I am still waiting. Why even touch my money if they have been paid in full?? And it is not my problem if their call centre did not cancel the debit orders like I said. My bank charges are killing me as well as wasting my airtime begging them for my money back.
