Getbucks is a bunch a idots

I took a loan out with Get bucks and missed payments for 1,5 months they handed me over to Tim Risk with out any communication what so ever, they did not contact me in any way regarding the installments i owed them they refused to take my new banking details that i change online with Get bucks even called their customer center to change and they refused. When i settled my account in full now i have request time and time for closer letters as well as a letter stating that they have cleared me from Tim risk and updated my ITC. i have been sending mails to the whole of Get bucks and get no response. Charlize Smith tells me i need to get this information from Tim Risk and Tim risk tells me i need to get it from get bucks. My loan account is sitting in minus and according to me and my phone call i had with their customer service center they need to refund me the figure that is in minus. to this day i have not received a paid up letter nor a statement nor a letter stating that my ITC has been updated i have not received the refund that is owed to me. Get buck does not get back to their customers and hands them over with out even contacting with them first. dont deal with them ever.
