GETBUCKS HAS NOT PAID LOAN BUT SENDS STATEMENTS TO ME

I apl**** for a loan last week wednesday 06/02/2019 was then confirmed that my loan was approved on the morning of 07/02/2019, was requested to submit recen payslip and i did. Nothing was paid into my getbucks wallet or my account yet it shows that money has been paid out if i look on the My loans page. when will the money be paid into my account? its almost an entire week and still nothing all i get is the same unhelpful response of "technical difficulties".

you guys are very quick to send me a statement but have not paid a cent into my account
