I app**** online for a loan 48hours ago the online site was offline so a consultant helped me apply and said my loan was approved they just need to phone me and verify since then I phoned then 3 times with the promise they will phone me back but here I am still waiting they say the have a backlock but a backlog thats going on for the 3rd day? Thats not a backlog thats just not caring about customer servicr
