Getbucks getting on my nerves!!!!

It has been more than two 2 years now that my accounts with Getbucks have been paid up. They still reflect on my account and affecting my credit score negatively.

I have mailed their agent and the agents superiors numerous times with empty promises as replies.

Today when i tried to log into my account, i was told that my mail address does not exist on their system. I used the web-based support tool and interacted with a lady called THULANI. She was utterly useless and ***********.

When calling customer service, I was left holding for half an hour.

Will someone willing to do their job at Getbucks please assist me.
