Getbucks - False advertising and poor payout system.

Getbucks is not reliable and has no matter or urgency, I would not recommend this to anyone who requires money urgently as they take their time with payouts. I have been using Getbucks for many years in time of need, they used to approve loans and pay out either the same day or the following day. This does not happen anymore, My application was approved on the 06/11/2020 and today is the 16/11/2020 and funds have still not been processed. Their advertising is wrong as they says BUCKS will be paid within minutes, this is false. When you follow up on your funds, the support team always say the Finance department are experiencing technical difficulties and cannot confirm when this will be fixed or they say the finance department are loading manual payouts. If this was an Issue why don't they either upgrade their systems or have an IT support group who can fix this problem!!. If they are experiencing these issues on a regular basis they should inform the client that payout might take longer than expected so the client can decide to take their business else where rather than waiting so long unnecessary. A client makes these type of loans as a matter of urgency, if Getbucks cannot help fast and provide for their clients people will stop using them, I'm pretty sure that will be the last time I ever loan from them again. Its ridiculous!!!!
