GetBucks eWallet payment rejected

I app**** for a loan with GetBucks and it was approved(after 3days), I have now tried to get the funds paid into an ewallet account but I still haven't received the SMS to say the deposit is done. When I ask them to change the number they give me stories, their agents on the chat service take forever to reply to the queries and don't even let you know how what they are doing. But the debit order to collect their money will have no problems at the end of the month.
