Getbucks does not payout

I app**** for a Getbucks loan on 5th October. I paid out the amount to my bank account. The monies did not reflect in my bank account to date. I'm getting a bit anxious as the first instalment is due on 24 October. I'm not sure how they make a deduction if they are did not pay out. I have tried calling them several times but all I was told was that it is a technical glitch. The next day I called again and was assured that the payout will happen within 24 hours. The next day I called again and was told that we are aware that your loan was approved and will pay out shortly. Nothing to date.
