Getbucks do not update the credit bureaus

I have used Getbucks quite a few times but I now have a big problem with them. I had a loan with them no 391207 that I have long since paid off. I app**** for a home loan in August 2017, but only to hear that I have R17000 outstanding with them and a monthly instalment of (can you believe it) R200000!!! Which is obviously impossible as well as the fact that the account is paid up.

I asked them to update the account and the bank has also asked them to update the credit bureau since I will not qualify for my homeloan until they do it.

This happened in August. All they did was to send me a paid up letter but they did not correct and update their information with Transunion.

After months of waiting, my attorney phoned them to find out if they have updated my information with Transunion, only to hear:'It will take another 7 to 21 days.'!!!!

I will now probably lose the house that I am trying to buy because of this nonsense and people that are not doing their jobs.

I will never take out a loan with Getbucks again. Don't you ever take a loan with Getbucks either because you will have problems forever!
