Getbucks delays in payouts - have been waiting for 5 days now

I have been a long term client of Getbucks, and after my review yesterday I was told that I would be kept informed how my loan is progressing. I understand that they have had technical issues, but it is now the 5th day since my loan has been transferred from my wallet to my bank account and I still have not received the money. Their staff are not very communicative, and keep on making the same excuses without really giving any answers to your queries.

I know that they charge a daily interest rate on the money lent as well - which is making me even more antsy. They have struggled in the past, but then it was just a delay of a day, or two at the most - having to wait 5 days is starting to get a bit ridiculous. Really do not think I will be supporting them anymore in the future. Hopefully the problem can be resolved and I will receive my money today because at this point it feels like I never will
