Getbucks delays in payouts - day 4

I have been a long time client. I app**** for a loan that was approved on the 8th of October. I transferred the money to my account the same day (the 8th) It is now the 11th and the money is still not reflecting in my account. Every time I make an enquiry I am told that I need to be patient and wait as they have a technical issue but the problem still does not get resolved. I am very disappointed as their quality of service has really deteriorated over the past couple of years. I really don't think I will make use of their services again after this
