Getbucks delays

This is my second time I apply for Getbucks. The previous time I had a delay, after my review on Hello Peter, Getbucks immediately called me and the money was in by the afternoon. Now I want to extend my loan that I have app**** for, and I did not even got feedback whether my loan has been approved or not. Talking to the assistance online, they give the same feedback for 3 days now (Delay in payments and backlog on loans). It looks like Getbucks are struggling in a monthly basis and they should change their status of being approved and paid out within a hour to a week or so. It is giving the wrong impression to everyone applying and I would not use them again after this.
