Getbucks delayed payment

I app**** for a loan with Getbucks on 6 March and it was approved and indicated that it was for an emergency. It is now the 20th of March and the loan still has not been paid to my account as requested. It is a long weekend and I needed to travel the money is still not in my account. My question now is, why am I being charged for interest on a loan for so many days and loan has not even been paid to me? Is this how Getbucks is making money on customers? I would not app**** for the loan if I didn't have an urgent need for it to have to wait for more than 14 days to have it paid. I have inquired countless times with them only to be told they waiting to hear from their finance department and that they can't tell me when it would be paid.
