Getbucks delay in payouts - day 5 part 3

Ok, so after 5 days nothing has been done....

I have received no response after my two last reviews and I just spoke to the call centre. Apparently all of the money is tied up in the Finance department and they cannot give me an indication of when the money will be released. It is now day 5 and I was told that they start charging interest 5 days after the loan was approved.

If this does not get a speedy resolution you will have lost another loyal customer, Getbucks.

A human response (more than the automated almost computer like response) would be really appreciated
