GetBucks could not assist me in over a week

I have app**** for a loan on-line. The site accepts the application and says it will be paid in a certain amount of time by counting down on a stop watched time. When the time expires nothing happens and then I phoned customer care they said I will receive an sms shortly when it will be paid then nothing then I waited then suddenly my application gets deleted and you have to start all over again. This is now the fouth Time.<br> <br> People what happened to your customer care line nobody picks that up even I hold the line for 10 min at a time.<br> <br> Don't offer a service if you cant keep to it.
