GetBucks Consolidation Myth

I received an SMS that i should reply with YES if i want my loan to be consolidated, which I did. I then received a call from one of representatives of GetBucks, went through the steps to see if i qualify, which passed confirmed by the lady who called me, and even asked me to send my bank statement and the money will be deposited. Nothing came through, i then send Tebogo Mashishi an email asking about the deposit into my account, she told after so many days that my consolidation was unfortunately declined, reason i under debt review or something. Which is totally lies. She the lady doesn't even make an effort to call me and explain this to me how unprofessional. I need answers getbucks.
