GetBucks bunch of *****

so it has been 8 days now since my loan was approved still no pay out, same story everyday. This is how the service works...they have a technical issue that they are incapable of sorting out for 8 days they still offer loans and approve loans knowing that it will not be paid out within the time frame they give everybody knows about the problem with pay outs yet the finance department still only starts at 9 am and the supervisors start at 8 am this just shows the poor unprofessional service they offer to the customers absolutely no dedication to resolve this matter. Everyday for the past 8 days they just keep saying that it will be resolved during the course of the day. the complaints department does not phone or email to discuss the issues customers are having instead they send an automated response and it clearly states that at GetBucks does not use automated systems. It seems to me that GetBucks main thing is lying to customers on a daily basis
