Getbucks bankrupt?

I have been waiting since the 4th of Feb for my loan to be paid. I am getting a different excuse every day. First technical issues, then that they are waiting for the finance department. When asking to speak to a supervisor or someone in management I am told that cant be done.

I am convinced they are bankrupt and don't have the money to pay loans, why else will they take so long?

The helpdesk takes forever to answer when chatting to them, and always the same nonsense answers.
