Getbucks bad service and false advertising.

I have app**** for a loan yesterday, it was approved. They advertise same day payout, but yet same excuses every month , technical issues !!!! Spoke to a consultant now , 3rd one for the day, they are only busy with payouts for the 14th and I must just wait. When you apply for the loan they ask you the reason which I selected emergency as it is, I need to see a specialist tomorrow and need to pay, now I have to cancel my appointment and only can get another one next month!!! They clearly do not understand what an emergency is and need to change their adverti*****t!!! Shocking !!
