Getbucks at it again!!!!!

Please explain to me my statement. You charge me for arrears but there is none. My last payment is r1700 now i get an sms saying:

Getbucks : Dear .......... Please note that your payment of R1912.10 is due on 2018/11/20. A debit order has been loaded on your account.

Why add additional R200???
