GETBUCKS ARE *******

I signed on their website some months ago for a temp payday loan. Months after my loan was paid up, my account is being debited with R25-00. I called a few times and was told that I've been signed up for some policy of some sort. I told them that they are insane as I never signed up for this. I was told it would be sorted out and no further deductions, but alas, I get debited again. The call center staff DO NOT LISTEN, and neither do their supervisors or Managers. They refuse to remove my contact information from their system and instead I am being e-mailed all kinds of ******* and my account is being debited for something I didn't sign up for. Imagine how many people they are ******** like this. R25.00 a month x 1000 people is how much? *******. Be careful of this company if you're thinking of considering them.
