Getbucks admin is utterly disappointing

Good day<br> <br> Firstly your contact center is utterly useless this morning. Secondly, your chat box on the internet where consultants can assist us - they are useless and unresponsive.I am extremely frustrated with Getbucks today.<br> When taking out loans you only give us dates that are on the 25th of every month and after 2 emails sent on 2 different occasions changing my payment date as I only get paid at the END of every month you still get the debit orders wrong and now you want to tell me that I missed payments and that my CREDIT rating is badly influenced but it is because of your incompetence.<br> See below for prior correspondence.<br> With immediate effect: change my payment dates to the END of the month. Collect the payment outstanding NOW and stop wasting my energy and time on this issue.<br> I was on the online chat for 40 minutes of which I could have doing something else and my concerns were not resolved. The agent was Linda.<br> I emailed Charlize Smith previously also concerning the same issue and never heard from her. That was last week Saturday. She She has now been copied into this email too.<br> I expect a reply that you fixed this.<br> Thanks
