Getbucks a bunch of **********.

First off I was a victim of ID theft and reported to the SAFPS and asked for a protection letter which I received. Now on the 22 of March 2019 someone managed to go and make debt on my name with Getbucks which I find strange as I have a protection letter from SAFPS so I took Getbuck on regarding this, and asked them if they even do credit checks because if they do my ID would have been flagged as they need the letter to approve anything but they where full of excuses and said I just need to pay the money back and they'll close the account so I did. But now on the 30th of April 2019 they still put a debit order on my account for payment for said loan even though I paid the amount back in full, and when I asked them what's going on they are full of excuses again and now I have to wait to get my money back as they can't say when it will be refunded.
