Getbuck? More like nobucks with interest

This is becoming ridiculous. Their website is misleading. False advertising. They tell you the next day, manually loading applications (wonder how the automated system works without user input and instructions to payout loans). There chat agents i.e Ntombi, loniqh and johanna are probably the worst agents to employ as they do not even attempt to find an amicable resolution for you. I havent been a customer with them for very long but this will definitely be the last time i use their service.

Payout withing 30 mins after receiving all documents and approval? What a joke. Ive been reading all user comments and feedback. To this day ive only seen one response from a hello peter user that her loan was paid out.

I am dissapointed and appalled at the level of service they are providing. And when you ask for a supervisor or manager they just leave the chats. Who looks after these agents to allow them to treat paying consumers this way? I would be fired from my job if i treated anyone in the manner they do.
