GETBUCK CONVENIENTLY DOES NOT PAY OUT MONEY

I desperately needed a short term loan, I was immediately approved, but had to wait a whole week for verification. Only then I waited another week for the funds, by then I had already made another plan, and my salary was paid . I want my whole loan to be reverted, since in 2 weeks time I did not get any funds, I was unable to transfer any money, and yet I am now liable to pay the levies and fees for this loan I never had the luxury of using.
