Get Bucks WORST FSP

I have been sending mail to get bucks for about 1 year now. My husband was laid-off from work and we have been making monthly payments. Now all out the blue there is a second of which they cannot provide the proof of. His account has been handed over without a section 129 letter to attorneys, but they cannot provide me with the contact details of these so called attorneys. The last 3 months i have requested info from them over and over and over and over... but they do not answer any of the mails I send to all the mail address provided by them<br> I have also tried to phone but to no avail... if someone answer there it will be classified as a \world wonder"<br> This is the worst FSP EVER!!!
