Get bucks has lost my loyal business for good

There is absolutely no way in hell that I will ever use get bucks in my life again. The level of incompetency from their staff indicates that's they are just in it for the money. I have been using get bucks for around 2 and a half years now and have always paid back my Loans on time 2ithout missing a single payment. My loan was approved o the 24th November 2020 and the money has still not been deposited into my account. Getting home of someone via phone is straight out impossible unless u have about 2 hours to wait for someone to answer the phone so I've been forced To resort to using the web chat channel which needs less to say is useless. I kept been getting told that there's a backlog with payouts and the accounts team only paid out loans from the 12 November 2020. No where in the agreement did is state that funds would take weeks to reflect in my account had I been informed of this I woukdve gone somewhere else instead they *********ly choose to tell u this after you've committed to taking out the loan. Not very good business practice. Who knowe when the money will be transferred to me
