Get Bucks Giving my son the run around

My son Michael Williams has now been black listed and Koketso Matimbe from Get Bucks said she's doing her best to clear his name. Now I am tired of dealing with her as she make promises she cannot keep. My son is innocent and a victim of *****. A loan was taken out in his name online. When he saw the sms on his cellphone he alerted the bank that he did not take a online loan from Get Bucks. FNB was supposed to do an investigation and they have failed to give us any feed back. Get Bucks is affiliated to FNB as they supply the loans to their clients. My son has been to FNB three times and they have said he's black listed. Now I have reported on this same case before and they said we've sorted it out please inform Hello Peter. I've got news for you this case is not sorted out. The ITC said Get Bucks is giving us the run around, they are supposed to contact Credit Bureaus to clear his name. An innocent person is affected here. Get Bucks I will not remove this until I'm 100% sure you have done your job. How can you say Michael owes you money when he paid the money from his account back to you. I even sent proof of payment.
