Fustrated over Debt Review Dept

<p> I went into Debt Review in 2014 & Getbucks was concated to provide accounts that i owed. They only sent two accounts. In march 2016, i settled those accounts & then in June i got a call fom Getbucks to say i have 1 outstanding account that was never included in the original debts. I sent Getbucks proof of the letter that they sent to the Debt Councillors where only two accounts were included. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get a response on the investigations. I tried to call the 2 numbers i was given but they just ring & no one ever answers. I am very fustrated as i would like to get out of Debt Review & this is hinderring the process. </p>
