Funds not released and poor feedback.

Getbucks have not paid out my loan and have failed to provide feedback. I app**** for a loan and was approved on Friday and the loan was not paid out. I was told that it would be paid today and still no funds have been released. When you email them and try and gather information they tell you that they cannot confirm anything. I think it is very poor on the part of a company to not communicate this with clients when applying and for not updating us or giving feedback.
