Fully Paid loan still active on credit report !!!

I had taken a loan form Get Bucks and it was paid completely at the end of the month directly from my salary at the end of June I pulled my credit report and it showed that there was still a balance reflecting on this account for two months! I called in and spoke to someone who asked me to forward the report and she told me that it would be sorted out. AT the end of July I pulled another report and said that it was still reflecting! so i called again and I told the woman that if it wasnt sorted out in 72 hours that I would complain to the Credit Provider. No surprise then when I checked just now and the damn account is still reflecting!!!! IS THIS HOW THIS COMPANY DOES BUSINESS AND THINKS THAT THEY ARE COMPLYING WITH GENERAL ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR????<br> you people should be ashamed that you are ruining people's credit reports because of your slack work ethics. If i had to be late with your payment then you would have threatened me legally yet you see no issue with making it seem like i do not pay my accounts?! to make matters worse , i was forced to sign up to that stupid funeral or protection gimmick you are still deducting!! I will be reporting you by the end of the day
