Frustrating Wait for Payout

Nifty credit customer service is the best. Lucy and Eva are by far the friendliest customer consultants I've ever dealt with, however it's a shame that they are not the one's that deal with the processing of funds. This is where you loose 3 stars. The reason we reach out for a loan its due to unforeseen circumstances. Why do we have to wait so long for the loan to be paid into our accounts? It's really frustrating because come month end there's no "backlog" for our debit orders, they are instant and should they bounce we get penalties. As a company your are truly failing Lucy and Eva who are excellent at the service they provide please do better because this could've easily been a 5 star rating
