Frustrated "valued client"

After many a hassle with their app and website, eventually captured my loan request. I had to email then documents 4 times, eventually a consultant called to tell me the loan was appoved. Money was sent to my ewallet, I transfered it to my bank account and lo and behold, almost a week later and still nothing. I received emails from Michelle and Hennie that it is beig escalated because they are having problems with the disbur*****t, but they are on top of it and will come back to me. I sent a follow up this morning and surprise, not even so much as a hello. As a "valued client" like I have been told, is this the treatment you give. I feel sorry for those who are not "valued clients", probably better off.

I just want to know if the funds will be released before Christmas or if iI should give up hope now already.
