From best to worst (Getbucks)

I have been your customer for almost 5years and never once have you disappointed me till last month when I had to make for the money for 5 days. Yesterday I try to extent my loan and till today I have been waiting to atleast get an answer whether my application was declined or approved. I just don't understand what had gone wrong to the best company that used to pay you with in minutes. I am so sad that going forward I will no longer use Getbucks because of the terrible service they now provide to their customers. This is really time to move on. Good bye Getbucks hope to use again in future should the situation change
