Had my loan approved on Monday the 11th already,every day since the same old story. Still waiting for finance dept. So this whole week no money in my accountbut I must still pay the interest for this money I dont have yet. The NEVER exclude the interest for the time they still have the money and are pocketing thousands on a daily basis in interest that we are paying for. Stopped using them last year because of the same story. I had a emergency and decided to try the again. After a YEAR NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Maybe we should let Jacaranda know as well as they ran the ad for Getbucks. I want my money today please

After contacting hellopeter I get a call from getbucks at 17h13 telling me they will be transfering the funds shortly (TODAY) and tha I will shortly receive a sms stating the funds are available. She also asked me to please update on hellopeter that this has been resolved. I look on my profile to see what has happened in the meantime and guess what....they even put it on my profile that its been resolved. These people have no end to their lies. Same SH.. different day hey. And the best part is,I havent used this account for over a year when asking them how do I go about to change my getbucks ewallet pin so that I can access the funds a bit soonerI was told it cant be done. So now .....after the funds EVENTUALLY get paid to my wallet I have to tranßfer it to my Absa account and then I have to wait ANOTHER 48 hours. And I am STILL paying interest on money I dont have. So much for having a medical emergency and not being able to do anything about it. And the they expect me to just wait and wave. Feels like the Madagascar movie all over again. (just smile and wave guys just smile and wave
