********** investigation taking ages!!!

Someone used my details to get a loan from getbucks, Get bucks did not only confirm employment with my employer but now are taking ages with investigation. I've been sent back and forth to their collections department, I have sent in all relevant documents but I still have had no response while the account is reflecting that I'm a bad payer on my credit record and that it's been handed to attorneys!!!!<br> Frustrated as I was in process of applying for bond. <br> <br> I don't understand how credit is given to people withought doing the necessary check up on the person asking for credit.<br>
