So my account has been debited with R25 for the past few months and I have not authorized this debit order. This is *****. I have called to cancel the debit order and I want a refund regarding the money taken off my account without authorisation. They said they can not refund me. This is *****. I am going to take this further because it is theft. I do not have any policy or loans.
