<p>Found out i have been a victim of *****, yes somebody managed to take a loan from this company with my information.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet, no checks were done as per my report received from TransUnion. Further I have called your offices so many times to find out how the investigation is going and i would always receive feedback, such as a manager will call me back, or you started listening to the recordings or you await feedback from FNB.</p> <p> </p> <p>But today i received an e-mail which states the following:</p> <p> </p> <p>With reference to the email below,</p> <p> </p> <p>The following info is required in order to commence with the investigation :</p> <p> </p> <p>- The ********** case to be reported to SAPS. </p> <p>- SAPS case number Investigators details</p> <p>- ID Copy</p> <p> </p> <p>Feel free to contact us, if you have any other queries.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope the above is in order.</p> <p> </p> <p>So all along your agents has been lying to me re: the progress of the investigation. I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt to handle this matter internally and this is the result. ***********, i must say.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nevertheless... you will be reported and be hearing from my attorney!</p>
