You should focus on paying out peoples money out on time instead you have time to to list my name on the SAFPS when I have no interest whatsoever to take out a loan with you you have time to complicate my life,I really dont want to part of your business I explained to you I contacted the safps and they said I should contact you I explained ask for my name to be removed as I did not submit documents and did not apply for a loan yet you have time to tell me to lay formal complaint thats procurement why the **** should I do that when u listed me go and list your self for lying to people as per advertising same day but instead keeping them waiting for weeks!!
