F#CKING PATHETIC!!!

Your service & staff is pathetic!!! I app**** for a loan amd was approved when I transfered the money to my account yesterday NOTHING happened and still today NOTHING!! I emailed 3 of your staff members with no response, I even went on the live chat and spoke to Lunga asking to be called and he promised me that Inwould be contacted shortly. It is now the next day and still no reaponse on email or a phone call, just NOTHING but a automated response on my previous complaint!!! You have false advertising claiming money to be paid out fast but yet you cannot even reply on a email!!! Do not tell me about technical issues after I app**** for a loan this is something you should have made me aware of before I apl****!! This is your problem NOT MINE!!! I expect money in my account TODAY & I would like your most senior manager to call me ASAP!!!!!!!!
