Fast loans, how about not?? :(

<p>Okay so im writing this on behalf of my dad, he made a getbucks loan and was approved money was paid out to his getbucks wallet, we then logged into the app to release the money from the getbuck wallet to his FNB ewallet (31st December ) and still patiently waiting for the money, still havent recieved a cent on 05/01/2017 tried phoning the call center but stayed on hold until your 1st in the que and then you recieve a message telling you to leave a message and then another message saying the mailbox is full and then drops the call .. when will he be recieving the money ??? and why is the call center not working ?</p>
