Fantastic Service from Koketso and with a smile!

I previously lodged a complaint regarding a suspension on my account. Within 30 minutes of my complaint, I received a call back from Koketso Matimbe who listened to my query, provided steps to resolve it and then took the time to follow up and provide feedback. I even wrote a further complaint when I had her email address incorrectly noted and she still treated me with the utmost courtesy and consideration. She then went the extra mile in ensuring that my account was unsuspended and new loan application was submitted. Koketso is an absolute testament to the getbucks brand and with her as an ambassador I have no doubt that getbucks will prosper!
