Famous line: "Technical glitch/Finance department has a delay"
I cannot understand the lack of transparency with your business. The last time I took a loan I waited almost 8 days for the funds. Your "Finance" department needs an intervention. Approved yesterday after a two day application and still nothing. Please be more transparent with your customers, it makes for terrible business practice.
