False Promises. Persistent Delays.

It seems that nobody at this company provides you with honest feedback with regards to the payout of your approved loan.

For months now there have been issues - with consultants not being interested/able to provide accurate times for when loans will be paid out. Originally the excuse was that there were "technical problems" preventing payments, months down the line it seems problems have become the norm.

Seriously - instead of dealing with all the complaints, why not just update your website to reflect that you CANNOT make payments in 24 hours (as you currently claim) and rather state that payouts take a week - which it seems they do at the moment.

Please ensure I am paid by close of business today. This is really unacceptable now.
