False Advertising, Poor Service and VERY late payouts

I don't know what is happening with this Financial Provider, they approve your loans... then make you wait a week and then you still have to pay the interest? They have been having 'technical difficulties' with payouts for almost a year. False advertising on its website, resolutions takes a long time, urgency of cash payments are not taken seriously.
