False advertising

Not only do they have terrible customer service, who lie to you and keep you in the dark about important factors that affect you, they falsely advertise that they payout in minutes for emergencies.

They, full knowing that they have a backlog/ system failure/ systems are down (what ever excuse the latest agent will give you) for more than 2 months, will approve the loan not informing the customer that they will have to wait longer than 2 weeks to receive the funds.

I wonder how long you will stay in business for if everyone you've *****ed over in the last 2 months lays a claim of false adverti*****t against you?

Also side note, I assume it's accepted that I pay the installment 2 weeks after the agreed upon date, since that is the terms you are comfortable with.
