Fair Rating

I initially struggled because I had to make 3 to 4 phone calls before getting someone to assist me. The 25th its understandable they said the d/o hasn't reflected. The 26th I made a call and spoke to Agnes Sikhosana who requested that I send my documents to her; she promised to give me a call back and that never materialized. I made another call and that lady whom I didnt get a name also promised that someone will call me; that promise was also not fulfilled. Finally around 3pm I called again and luckily spoke to Loniah who assisted me on the spot. Thank you to her because I was a bit desperate at the time.
