Failed to update & close my accounts

<p>I did a credit check with Compuscan, Experian and Transunion in August 2017. My credit reports reflects various accounts as opened and in arrears whilst it has been settled and paid off 2015/2016.. This negatively impacts my credit score/report and I need the information to be updated accordingly.</p>
