Failed to refund my money for 2 weeks now

Don't waste your time on this company. The customer service is one of the worst out there.

I paid up loans on the 22nd of September 2018. On the 3rd of October my account was still debited, I phoned on the 4th and they said the money will be refunded the same day.

Today is the 12th of October my funds have not been refunded yet. Everytime I call there is another excuse, If it was me lending money from them for 2 weeks they would have charged me interest.

So maybe i should charge getbucks interest on the money that they took out of my account and failing to give it back 2 weeks later.

I will not use them again.
