EXTREMLY POOR SERVICE RECIVED FROM GETBUCKS

Good day ,

This account has been paid in full and closed via the collections agent that i was handed over to (SYMINGTON DE KOK) however I am struggling with their accounts department to have it removed from ITC / on all 4 credit bureaus.

Contact person that was assisting me was : Mareece Dalton - *** – *** : EDC Legal Correspondence & Complaints Administrator ,i was informed that once i settled the loan account then Get bucks must update ITC. this account was paid on 01 October 2020,i have received the paid up letter as well but still this account hasn't been removed its over 2 months now going back and forth ,,, can someone please help me this is having a very negative impact on my credit score i need this to be resolved IMIDIATLEY ....my number is ***
